Replacement Window Prize Description:

• Western Construction, Inc. “Free Replacement Windows Contest” begins January 5th, 2011 and will run until Facebook.com/WesternConstruction receives 5,000 new “Likes”.

• The winner will receive up to three 84ui Vinyl insert replacement windows with a total united inch of 252ui.  Choose between our Double Hung, Slider or Casement windows. Windows will be white inside and out, argon gas filled double pane glass with aluminum exterior window wrap. Only insert window installation is included.

Free Replacement Window Contest Eligibility:

• The contest is open only to legal residents in the Western Construction, Inc. service areas (Minneapolis-St Paul Metro Area) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, possess a valid U.S. drivers license, and can provide proof of legal residency (“Entrant”). The Prize must be installed in the home where the winning worst window picture was taken.

• To enter the contest, go to http://www.facebook.com/WesternConstruction and “Like” Western Construction. Upload a picture of your old window, get as many people to like your picture as you can.

Free Replacement Window Contest  Winner Selection and Verification:

• When our new http://www.Facebook.com/WesternConstruction page hits 5,000 page “likes”, One winner will be chosen by Western Construction, Inc. The picture with the most “likes” will be the winner. The potential winner will be chosen by Western Construction, Inc. and will be notified by Facebook and will be required to complete and return a affidavit of eligibility, liability release and a publicity release form within ten days of notification. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Western Construction, Inc. to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness and statements  for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes without additional consideration, consent or review. Upon request, winner will provide written consent to such use. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
